GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NiceBet Mozambique website located at www.nicebet.co.mz (the "Website") and all betting, gaming, promotional and related services made available through it.

By registering an account, accessing the Website, placing a bet or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any promotional terms applicable to specific offers.

  • Potential Return means the possible winnings including the original stake.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Providing false information may result in suspension or closure of your account.

6. ONE ACCOUNT PER CUSTOMER

Only one account is permitted per individual.

Where duplicate accounts have received promotional bonuses or winnings obtained in breach of these Terms, NiceBet reserves the right to cancel those bonuses, void affected bets and recover any improperly obtained winnings.

Your account is personal and must not be shared with any other person.

You remain solely responsible for:

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:

9. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

NiceBet may suspend or restrict an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • fraudulent activity has occurred;
  • money laundering is suspected;
  • bonus abuse has occurred;
  • multiple accounts exist;
  • account sharing has occurred;

During any investigation, deposits, withdrawals and betting activity may be temporarily restricted.

If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, access to the account will be restored.

11. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

12. DEPOSITS

12.1 Customers may deposit funds only through payment methods approved by NiceBet.

12.2 Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the customer's own name. NiceBet reserves the right to refuse deposits made through payment methods belonging to third parties.

12.3 The minimum deposit amount is 10 MT, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

12.5 NiceBet reserves the right to request identity verification before accepting or processing deposits.

12.6 Deposits made in error should be reported immediately to Customer Support.

12.7 NiceBet may refuse, suspend or reverse deposits where fraud, money laundering, payment disputes or technical errors are suspected.

13. WITHDRAWALS

13.1 Customers may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to these Terms.

13.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed within two (2) business days following successful verification of the account.

13.3 Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment provider and financial institutions involved.

13.4 Where possible, withdrawals will be returned using the same payment method used to make the original deposit.

13.5 NiceBet may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method
  • Source of funds documentation

13.6 NiceBet reserves the right to refuse withdrawals where:

  • identity verification remains incomplete;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

13.7 Any applicable withdrawal fees will be clearly communicated before processing.

14. GENERAL BETTING RULES

14.1 A bet consists of two essential elements:

  • the Stake, representing the amount risked by the customer; and
  • the Potential Return, representing the possible winnings including the original stake.

14.2 Bets become valid only once accepted by NiceBet and recorded within the betting system.

14.3 Bets cannot be cancelled by the customer after acceptance unless specifically permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

14.4 NiceBet reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

14.5 Betting markets, odds and availability may be changed or suspended at any time before a bet has been accepted.

15. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM LIMITS

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Minimum Deposit: 10 MT
  • Minimum Bet: 1 MT
  • Maximum payout per betting slip: 1,000,000 MT

The Company may establish different betting limits for specific sports, competitions, events or promotional campaigns.

Maximum winnings for accumulator or multiple bets shall not exceed the lowest applicable maximum payout among the selected events.

16. ODDS

16.1 All odds displayed on the Website are subject to change until a bet has been accepted.

16.2 Once accepted, the odds shown on the betting slip become binding except where a Palpable Error has occurred.

16.3 NiceBet reserves the right to correct pricing errors before acceptance of any bet.

17. PALPABLE ERRORS

17.1 A Palpable Error means any obvious mistake in odds, prices, handicaps, event information, settlement or betting markets that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • odds significantly different from the general betting market;
  • clearly incorrect handicaps;
  • acceptance of bets on closed or suspended markets;
  • technical or human errors resulting in incorrect prices;
  • incorrect settlement of bets;
  • accidental duplication of markets.

17.2 Where a Palpable Error occurs, NiceBet reserves the right to:

  • void the affected bet;
  • correct the odds;
  • re-settle the bet;
  • recover any incorrect winnings.

17.3 If possible, NiceBet may contact the customer and offer the opportunity to place the bet again using the correct odds.

18. SYSTEM FAILURES

18.1 NiceBet shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • hardware failures;
  • software failures;
  • telecommunications failures;
  • internet outages;
  • power interruptions;
  • cyber-attacks;
  • maintenance;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

18.2 Bets affected by technical malfunctions may be declared void.

18.3 Where incorrect winnings have been credited because of a technical malfunction, NiceBet reserves the right to reverse the transaction.

19. LIVE BETTING

19.1 Live betting markets are updated continuously throughout an event.

19.2 Due to transmission delays, the information displayed may not always reflect the current state of the event.

19.3 NiceBet reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time without prior notice.

19.4 Bets placed after the occurrence of a decisive event due to technical delay may be declared void.

19.5 NiceBet accepts no responsibility for delays in receiving live event information supplied by third-party providers.

20. EVENT POSTPONEMENT

20.1 If an event is postponed and takes place within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets shall remain valid unless otherwise stated.

20.2 Where an event does not take place within this period, all unsettled bets shall be void and stakes refunded.

20.3 Different rules may apply to specific sports or competitions where stated in the relevant market rules.

21. ABANDONED EVENTS

21.1 If an event is abandoned after commencement, settlement shall be determined according to the official rules governing the relevant sport and the betting market concerned.

21.2 Markets that have already been unequivocally determined before abandonment shall remain valid.

21.3 All other unsettled markets shall be void unless official governing body rules determine otherwise.

22. VOID BETS

A bet may be declared void where:

  • a Palpable Error has occurred;
  • the event is cancelled;
  • the event is abandoned before the relevant market is determined;
  • incorrect odds were displayed;
  • betting occurred after the event outcome was already known;
  • duplicate markets were created;
  • technical errors affected acceptance;
  • fraud or manipulation is identified.

Void bets shall normally result in the return of the original stake.

23. MULTIPLE AND ACCUMULATOR BETS

23.1 All selections within an accumulator must win for the accumulator to succeed unless otherwise specified.

23.2 Where one selection becomes void, the accumulator shall be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.

23.3 Multiple bets containing selections that are mathematically dependent upon one another may be refused or adjusted.

24. REFUSAL OF BETS

NiceBet reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any bet where:

  • betting patterns indicate collusion;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • the customer has inside information;
  • betting limits have been exceeded;
  • technical errors occurred;

25. PARTICIPANTS

Customers may not place bets on events in which they are directly involved as:

  • referees;

  • organizers.

Such bets shall be declared void.

26. MARKET SETTLEMENT

Unless otherwise specified:

  • official results published by the governing body shall determine settlement;
  • subsequent disciplinary decisions will not affect settlement unless announced before settlement occurs;
  • statistical corrections published after settlement will not normally result in re-settlement unless a clear technical error occurred.

27. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES

  • permanently close the account;
  • void bets;

  • reverse winnings obtained improperly;
  • refuse withdrawals;

33. COLLUSION

Customers must not cooperate with other persons to manipulate betting markets.

Where coordinated betting patterns are identified, NiceBet reserves the right to:

34. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • images;

remain the exclusive property of NiceBet or its licensors.
