General Betting Rules
These Betting Rules apply to all bets placed via www.nicebet.co.mz. Any disagreement with these rules implies that you will not be able to place bets on the website.
A bet consists of two main elements: the “Stake”, which represents the amount the bettor chooses to risk, and the “Potential Return”, which corresponds to the possible winnings, including the initial stake.
Minimum and Maximum Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: 1 MT
- Minimum online bet amount: 1 MT
- Maximum winnings limit (per betting slip): 1,000,000 MT
General Terms and Conditions
- “Account” means the single account you open on the Website.
- “Agreement/Terms” means these Terms and Conditions.
- “Games” means all games/offers provided by Us.
- “Software” means any software owned by or licensed to Us that must be installed to participate on the Website.
- “We/Us/Our/The Company” means ML Entertainment, LDA, the owner and operator of the Website.
- “Website” means www.nicebet.co.mz or any related derivatives.
- “Your Jurisdiction” means the jurisdiction where you are domiciled, reside, or work.
- “You/Your/Player” means any person who accesses the Website and participates in any Games provided by Us.
The maximum payout per customer for each sport is determined by the Company at its sole discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of all limits before placing a bet. For accumulator or multiple bets, the maximum payout will be applied according to the lowest applicable limit.
Palpable Error Rule
All odds, lines, and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and only become fixed once a bet is accepted. If a palpable error or system failure results in incorrect odds, lines, or handicaps, the bet (or part of a multiple/parlay bet) will be void.
If the error is detected in time, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow them to place a new bet at the correct odds, line, or handicap.
Certain situations may arise where a bet is confirmed or a payout is made in error, including but not limited to:
- Odds or terms significantly different from the general market
- Clearly incorrect odds given the probability of the event
- Bets accepted on markets that should have been suspended
- Acceptance of incompatible events due to human or technical error
- Errors in settlement or crediting winnings
- Any other situation deemed an error
In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel affected bets or correct the error by re-settling bets at the correct terms.
You must notify us immediately if any funds are credited to your account in error. We may offset any positive balance resulting from an incorrect operation and cancel any transactions made using such funds.
System Failures and Event Rules
In the event of a system malfunction, all bets will be void. We reserve the right to void winnings resulting from hardware or software malfunctions. We are not liable for losses caused by suspension or delays.
If a printed document differs from the Website version, the Website version prevails.
Bets on events that have already started will be void unless they are live events. If an event is postponed, it remains valid for the following day; otherwise, it will be void.
If an event is abandoned due to injury, weather, or crowd issues, bets already settled remain valid. For example, first-half bets in a football match abandoned in the second half remain valid.
Multiple bets combining selections from the same event will not be accepted if the outcome of one affects another.
Refusal and Cancellation of Bets
The Company reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, and to void ambiguous bets.
Bets placed by customers involved in an event as participants, referees, or officials will be canceled.
For odd/even markets, zero counts as even unless stated otherwise.
Collusion
Multiple identical bets may be treated as one. Repeated or coordinated betting patterns may result in bets being voided.
Professional betting or coordinated betting with others may result in payout limits being applied equivalent to a single customer’s maximum payout.

Legal Requirements
Our Service is limited to individuals aged 18 or older residing in jurisdictions where betting is legal. Underage gambling is an offense.
We may request proof of age, and accounts may be suspended until verification is completed.
You acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses.
Customer Accounts
Account Registration
All customers’ identities must be verified to comply with licensing and prevent underage gambling and crime.
You must provide accurate personal information. Inaccurate or incomplete details must be updated upon request.
Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts may be suspended or closed.
Accounts are linked to a mobile GSM number. Only the account holder may deposit funds.
Passwords
Your mobile number serves as your username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Personal Use Only
Services are for non-commercial, personal use only. Professional use is prohibited.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive after 6 months without deposits, withdrawals, or bets. We may attempt to return remaining balances.
Self-Exclusion and Betting Limits
Customers may self-exclude for up to six months or permanently.
Betting limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Payments and Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits where possible and may take up to 2 business days.
Withdrawals may incur fees. Accounts are subject to audit before payouts.
Prohibited Activities
Including but not limited to:
- Fraud, collusion, match-fixing
- Use of bots or automated systems
- VPN usage to bypass restrictions
- Abuse of bonuses or system errors
- Money laundering or illegal activity
Violations may result in account suspension, confiscation of funds, and reporting to authorities.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including the Nicebet brand, belongs to the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Account Termination
We may close accounts at any time. Balances may be confiscated in cases of prohibited activity or fraud.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mozambican courts.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We may request identity and address verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
Final Provisions
- MT refers to Mozambican Metical
- The English version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancies
- All communications may be recorded
